01Scope of the rules
These Platform Rules (the “Rules”) apply to everyone who uses darsly.uz, the Darsly learning platform, the Darsly mobile applications, course chats, discussion threads, direct messages, live and offline events and any other space operated by Darsly. They supplement the Terms of Use; in case of conflict, the Terms of Use prevail. Mentors and partners are additionally bound by their agreements with Darsly.
02Community standards
- Treat learners, mentors and the Darsly team with respect. Disagreement is welcome; insults, threats, intimidation and personal attacks are not.
- Keep discussions relevant to learning. Course chats and threads exist to ask questions, share progress and support each other.
- Respect privacy: do not publish other people’s personal data, screenshots of private conversations or contact details without their consent.
- Use appropriate language. The platform is used by learners of different ages and backgrounds.
03Prohibited content and conduct
The following is prohibited in any form on the Services:
- content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent or that promotes discrimination, extremism or terrorism;
- harassment, bullying, sexual advances, stalking or any conduct that makes another user feel unsafe;
- spam, unsolicited advertising, pyramid schemes, links to competing courses or services, and mass messaging;
- impersonating Darsly staff, mentors or other users, or misrepresenting your identity or qualifications;
- phishing, requests for other users’ passwords or codes, distribution of malware, and any attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems;
- fraud in payments, including chargeback abuse, use of stolen payment instruments or misuse of discounts;
- any activity that overloads, disrupts or damages the Services, including automated scraping or scripting.
04Academic integrity
- All quizzes, tests, exams and assignments must be completed personally and without unauthorised help. Having another person complete tasks for you, or completing them for someone else, is prohibited.
- Do not copy, publish or share test questions, answer keys or exam materials, and do not use leaked materials.
- AI tools may be used to study, but assignments that require your own work must not be submitted as generated by AI where the task forbids it. Mentors may ask you to explain your work.
- Do not manipulate progress records, leaderboards, achievements or game results by technical means.
Consequences
Confirmed academic dishonesty results in cancellation of the affected results, refusal or revocation of the certificate and, in repeated or serious cases, closure of the Account without refund.
05One person, one account
- An Account is personal. Sharing login credentials, PIN codes or one-time codes, or letting others use your Account, is prohibited.
- Creating multiple Accounts to obtain discounts, evade restrictions or manipulate results is prohibited.
- Darsly monitors sign-ins from an unusual number of devices or locations and may temporarily restrict an Account pending verification.
06Protecting course content
- Lessons, videos, texts, exercises, games and other materials are the intellectual property of Darsly and its authors. They are provided for your personal learning only.
- Screen recording, downloading by any means not provided by the platform, copying, translating, publishing, selling or giving access to course materials to third parties, including in chats, groups and file-sharing services, is prohibited.
- Darsly uses technical protection and identification measures and pursues unauthorised distribution, including through legal action and claims for compensation.
07Chats, threads and mentors
- Use the discussion thread under a lesson for questions about that lesson, and direct messages for personal questions to your mentor.
- Mentors reply during Darsly’s working hours within the time frames of your plan. Please do not send repeated messages or contact mentors on their private numbers or social networks.
- Do not share third-party materials that infringe copyright. When quoting, credit the source.
- Moderators may delete messages, close threads and mute participants who breach these Rules.
08Offline events and speaking clubs
- Registration for offline events is required; places are limited and allocated according to your plan.
- Arrive on time, respect the venue rules and other participants, and do not record other participants without their consent.
- Darsly may reschedule or cancel an event for organisational reasons and will notify registered participants in advance.
- Participants who behave inappropriately may be asked to leave and may lose access to future events.
09Reporting and moderation
If you see content or behaviour that breaches these Rules, use the report function next to the message or write to info@darsly.uz. Reports are confidential. Darsly reviews reports, may request additional information and decides on measures at its discretion; deliberately false reports are themselves a breach of these Rules.
10Sanctions
Depending on the seriousness and repetition of a breach, Darsly may apply one or more of the following measures, without being obliged to follow them in order:
- 1removal of content and a written warning;
- 2temporary restriction of features (for example chats, threads, events or exams) for up to 30 days;
- 3cancellation of results or refusal of a certificate;
- 4temporary suspension of the Account;
- 5permanent closure of the Account without refund and a ban on creating new Accounts;
- 6referral of the matter to law-enforcement authorities and civil claims where the law allows.
11Appeals
You may appeal a measure within 7 calendar days of being notified of it by writing to info@darsly.uz with a description of the circumstances and any evidence. Darsly considers appeals within 10 business days and informs you of the outcome. The decision on an appeal is final.
12Changes to the rules
Darsly may update these Rules. The current version is published on this page with the date of the last revision, and material changes are announced on the platform. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means that you accept them.
